About the Role

The EFM Business Support Administrator will assist members of the EFM team with tasks such as (but not limited to) creation or amendment of reports, minute taking, holiday cover of other administration colleagues, and arranging of meetings. This role will also assist the team with recruitment and will require access to various systems and processes to facilitate this.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement policies as directed by the trust/directorate for the department, ensuring awareness throughout the department.
  • Ensure an appropriate and effective customer interface and seamless service.
  • Ensure a high level of competence in admin tasks and communication with colleagues.
  • Attend team meetings face-to-face or virtually.
  • Book rooms/desks and maintain booking systems for teams.
  • Informal consultation about work objectives and change and obtain feedback.
  • Assist staff with recruitment using the Trac system.
