Job Description

We Are With You is seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join our team in providing high-quality recovery care to individuals experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans, provide support and advice, and help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support and guidance to clients, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their recovery goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other social care providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress and adjust support plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a health, social care, or substance misuse setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse client groups.
  • Results-driven and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
