Role Overview

As the Retail Operations Manager, you will foster a warm and inviting atmosphere while providing outstanding customer service and effective leadership. You will be instrumental in driving sales performance across the store, with the opportunity to earn a substantial bonus based on your achievements. Additionally, you will enjoy 33 days of annual leave and benefit from our commitment to your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Delivering and guiding your team to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Acting as a brand ambassador, sharing in-depth product knowledge and assisting customers in finding their ideal selections.
  3. Tracking store performance metrics and implementing necessary enhancements.
  4. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, cash handling, delivery, and reporting protocols.
  5. Overseeing team attendance, leave, and performance management.
  6. Building a high-performing team through strategic succession planning, development initiatives, regular performance reviews, and recognition of achievements to boost employee morale.
  7. Coordinating in-store visual merchandising in accordance with company standards.
  8. Providing feedback on best-selling items and inventory levels to the corporate office.

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in Retail Management or a supervisory role.
  2. Proven track record in developing and leading high-performing teams, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
  3. Strong organizational capabilities.
  4. Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions and improvements.
  5. Genuine enthusiasm and interest in our product offerings.
