About the Role:

The daily responsibilities can vary greatly, ranging from organizing engaging activities to attending essential appointments. We seek individuals who are flexible, dependable, and capable of assessing situations to guide our young people towards making positive decisions.

Our work operates on a rota system (full-time average monthly hours) with additional sleep-in shifts based on the home's requirements.

  • Meeting the needs of children and young people in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitating and organizing various social activities, including community engagement and outings.
  • Assisting with the daily operations of the home, including tasks such as laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and enjoyable activities like baking.
  • Participating in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with our clinical team and local authorities.

Specialist Qualifications Considered May Include:

  • Qualifications in sports and fitness (e.g., coaching, health and wellness).
  • Outdoor adventure qualifications (e.g., climbing, biking, survival skills).
  • Performing arts qualifications (e.g., dance, music, theater).
  • Other relevant specialisms.

Qualification Requirements: Relevant qualifications in a specialized field are necessary.
