Role Overview:

The role is dynamic and varied, involving a range of responsibilities from organizing engaging activities to assisting with family appointments. We seek individuals who are flexible, dependable, and perceptive, capable of guiding our young people towards making constructive choices.

Our team operates on a rotational schedule (averaging 169 hours per month for full-time positions), with additional sleep-in shifts as required.

  • Meet the needs of children and young people in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate and organize various social activities, including community engagement and outings.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the home, including housekeeping, meal preparation, and enjoyable activities like baking.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with our clinical team and local authorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sports and fitness (coaching, health and wellness).
  • Skills in outdoor activities (rock climbing, mountain biking, etc.).
  • Background in performing arts (dance, music, theater).
  • Other relevant specializations will also be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

A relevant qualification in a specialized field is required.
