Role Overview:
On behalf of our client, Pertemps Recruitment is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to become part of their Business Support team. This position is significant and is ideal for individuals with prior experience in administration who are eager to enhance their skills within a Local Authority setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing reception duties
- Documenting safeguarding meetings
- Handling incoming calls and utilizing various internal systems
- Performing general administrative tasks
- A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously
- Demonstrates initiative and is comfortable seeking clarification when needed
- Proficient in Office 365 is a must
