Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Distribution Field Service Team based in Warwick. The successful candidate will provide key support to the team in terms of administration, data handling, and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day management of the field service operations calendar
- Ensure training schedules from suppliers are available, arrange field service training, and manage training records data
- Manage the field service SharePoint updates with information and meeting data
- Administer field service site feedback assessments and be an ambassador for continuous improvement within the field service team
- Data Handling - sending out communications in a quick, professional, and timely manner
- Proven experience working in an administration field
- Excellent knowledge and extensive use of the MS Office 365 suite
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior
- GDPR knowledge and Compliance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision
- Be Agile and bring creativity to your role within the field service team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands
- Relevant professional qualification in administration would be beneficial
- Good knowledge of IT and other applications (SAP, Salesforce)
- Familiarity in a technical environment would be advantageous
- Strong internal customer orientation
- Willingness to travel (infrequent/UK) if required
