Compliance Trainer Position Overview

Location: Hybrid working model available.

Employment Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Methodist Homes (MHA) is on the lookout for a skilled Compliance Trainer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve delivering our newly developed MHA Compliance Induction and Annual Compliance Refresher training sessions. Each training program spans two days and is designed for all direct care staff and management, impacting approximately 3,500 colleagues.

This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a newly established team within the broader People Development department. The team will comprise a Compliance Training Manager, two Compliance Trainers, and two Clinical Trainers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing engaging compliance training within the health and social care sector. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and proficiency in utilizing webinar platforms to conduct training sessions for groups of up to 15 participants is essential.

We seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solid understanding of health and social care regulations and statutory learning requirements. A self-motivated, creative, and confident approach to the role is highly valued.
