About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Training Specialist to join our team at Methodist Homes. As a Compliance Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality compliance training programs to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure staff understand and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Training Manager to design and implement training initiatives.
  • Provide training to staff on compliance-related topics, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering compliance training in a health and social care setting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the health and social care sector.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages and webinar software.
