Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including filing, scanning, and uploading documents.
  • Manage the survey function on Total Mobile, highlighting potential issues in good time.
  • Produce weekly summary reports on current project status, highlighting potential issues.
  • Communicate with residents by letter or telephone to make appointments and obtain waivers.

  • Maintain office systems and databases, including site files, health and safety files, and associated documentation.

Requirements
  • Maths and English - A-C GCSE or equivalent.
  • UK Driver's license and/or willingness to travel to various work sites.
  • Knowledge of IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and a desire to extend knowledge on software packages further.
  • Good communicator, well-organized with good time management skills.
