Your Role: Guest Experience Supervisor
As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. You will supervise and train a team of Guest Personalization Officers, working closely with the Guest Experience Manager to maintain smooth department operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor Guest Personalization Officers, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention, including tailored room arrangements and amenities to exceed their expectations.
- Champion exceptional guest service across all interactions, creating positive and lasting impressions.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
- Empower your team to engage deeply with our guests, building genuine connections and exceeding their expectations.
- Provide support to the Front Office team during arrivals, check-ins, and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our guests.
About You:
Previous experience in luxury hotel Guest Experience is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service are essential for success in this role.
