Position Summary: We are currently seeking a European Category Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving the marketing strategies for our Workspace Health Division, particularly focusing on Ergonomic Workspace Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives to meet shipment and EBITDA targets.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities and consumer needs to enhance product positioning.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including campaigns, promotions, and the creation of marketing materials.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the progress and outcomes of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to assess the effectiveness of current marketing strategies.
  • Manage photography and video production, ensuring timely and organized execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe to implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to evaluate success and inform future strategies.
  • Prepare key presentations and launch documents, including competitive analysis and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels in B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Familiarity with current trends and technologies in graphic and web design.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
