About the Role

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a global business to find a Category Marketing Specialist. This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies for the health division, with a specialized focus within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement category strategies, prioritizing focus areas and ensuring effective communication of messaging to attract and retain customers.
  • Oversee all marketing activities for the division, including campaigns, promotions, and sales tools, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on marketing progress and project results, analyzing campaign data to evaluate marketing success.
  • Lead market research efforts to evaluate current and potential marketing activities, collaborating with local marketing teams across Europe to execute effective strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, developing category expertise and staying informed about industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven record in developing and launching marketing activities, with experience in healthcare/workspace environments.
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels, creativity, and innovation in problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of budget management and ability to work with Category Product Manager to identify new product ideas.
