Customer Success Manager, Healthcare Informatics

As a Customer Success Manager at Philips, you will be the primary point of contact for our healthcare customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Act as the customer-facing representative for Philips, building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare customers.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success metrics and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer success strategies and outcomes.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including its challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
