Job Title: Clinical Consultant Enterprise Radiology Informatics

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Consultant to join our Enterprise Radiology Informatics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing EI/RI solutions, providing training and support to customers, and identifying and developing imaging workflows in radiology and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement EI/RI solutions remotely, on-site, and in classroom settings
  • Provide training and support to customers on RIS and PACS and other RI solutions
  • Identify and develop imaging workflows in radiology and other departments
  • Optimize image display and clinical workflow validation
  • Provide ongoing support, including application training, remote diagnostics, and incident triage
  • Represent the main customer EI/RI interface and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and customer care
  • Set up and run training courses for customers and EI/RI personnel
  • Support the Sales Team with pre-sales tenders, customer webinars, and user group days
  • Provide product demonstrations and attend exhibitions as required
  • Collect Voice of Customer input

Requirements:

  • Degree in Clinical Radiography, Healthcare Sciences, or Healthcare Informatics preferred
  • Experience within the Allied Health Professional sciences
  • Proven track record in applications consulting and/or training
  • Experience in x-sectional imaging/mammo/3D recon
  • IT literacy skills essential
  • IT background desirable
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills
  • UK driving license
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
