Implementation Director, Healthcare Informatics
Job OverviewAs a seasoned leader in the healthcare informatics industry, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Director to lead our Northern Europe Enterprise (EI) & Radiology Informatics (RI) Services & Solution Design (S&SD) Implementation teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive implementation strategy that drives business growth and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a high-performing RI Implementation delivery unit for North Europe, driving growth and profitability.
- Lead multiple teams of Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Clinical Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to standardized solution delivery processes.
- Develop and drive a successful EI & RI Implementation strategy for North Europe, aligning with business expectations on margin and ensuring effective P&L management.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as resource utilization, rate by role/skill level, project costing/re-calculation to optimize cost and performance.
- Lead the RI S&SD Implementations Team North Europe by example, demonstrating client dedication and Philips' commitment to quality, engaging in critical business situations from pre-sales through implementation until transition to service.
- Oversee and manage critical projects and escalated accounts, controlling project budgets and progress, evaluating change requests for risk, feasibility, costs/benefits, and added value, and taking corrective actions.
- This role offers a unique blend of working in our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire, with extensive travel to customers in the UK&I and Nordics.
- Proven leadership experience in the IT professional services industry, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
- Results-driven commercial experience, with a track record of setting, driving, delivering, and tracking strategy, coupled with P&L management of c€40m+.
- Expertise in delivering IT and software projects, meeting time, budget, and quality expectations.
- Able to analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and influence multiple stakeholders up to C-level, driving change in an agile way.
Due to the role's involvement in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be required for this position.
