Job Title: Customer Success Manager, Healthcare Informatics

As a Customer Success Manager at Philips, you will be the primary point of contact for our healthcare customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the customer-facing representative for Philips, building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare customers.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success metrics and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including its challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
