Implementation Director, Healthcare Informatics
Job DescriptionHealthcare Informatics Implementation Leader North Europe
As a seasoned leader in the healthcare IT industry, you will be responsible for driving the implementation strategy for Philips Northern Europe Enterprise (EI) & Radiology Informatics (RI) Services & Solution Design (S&SD) teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures seamless delivery of solutions.
- Lead a team of project managers, technical consultants, and clinical consultants to ensure adherence to standardized solution delivery processes and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize cost and performance, and ensure effective management of P&L.
- Oversee critical projects and escalated accounts, controlling project budgets and progress, evaluating change requests, and taking corrective actions as needed.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to balance work in our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire, with extensive travel to customers in the UK&I and Nordics.

- You have a strong background in IT professional services, preferably in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of driving strategy and managing P&L.
- You are an expert in delivering IT and software projects, meeting time, budget, and quality expectations.
- You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive change in an agile manner.
