Exciting Career Opportunity:

Are you an enthusiastic and skilled professional eager to enhance educational experiences? We are currently seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Programmes Trainer/Assessor to support our initiatives. In this position, you will collaborate with the Apprenticeship Programme Facilitator to deliver and evaluate a range of Apprenticeship programmes, including Healthcare Support Worker and Learning and Skills Mentor. Your responsibilities will include conducting mentor assessments in various settings and providing instructional sessions both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage effectively with team members
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in your field
  • Adhere to health and safety standards
  • Contribute to service enhancement and quality assurance
  • Implement and oversee quality control systems
  • Promote inclusivity in care and practice
  • Facilitate apprenticeship training sessions

Qualifications & Education:

Essential:

  • Foundation degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Recognized qualification in training or mentoring
  • GCSEs at grade C or higher in Mathematics and English

Desirable:

A1 Assessors qualification or equivalentKey Mover QualificationIQA award

Knowledge & Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in training and staff development
  • Familiarity with NHS settings
  • Experience in enhancing learning outcomes

Desirable:

Background in an educational environmentExperience in delivering trainingTrainer for M&H, ABLS
