Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Shared Services Administrator to join our Payroll and Shared Services team at our Spalding site.

As a Payroll Shared Services Administrator, you will provide comprehensive and accurate administrative support services covering the employee lifecycle process in a timely manner and in accordance with employment legislation and Company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the Payroll in-box and respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in processing monthly and weekly payrolls, including calculation and accurate input of timesheets.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and recording of absence and attendance records, contractual and statutory payments, and statutory and third-party deductions.
  • Administer weekly and monthly pension communications and prepare payslips for distribution.
  • Generate and distribute payroll-related reports using payroll systems, Excel, and Pivot Tables.
  • Communicate overpayments of pay and assist with debt recovery.
  • Collaborate with the HRSS team to provide a professional, effective, and efficient service to colleagues.
  • Work with the Payroll Shared Services Manager to maintain the OVOTT and ensure alignment with contracts and terms and conditions of employment.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a high-volume payroll environment, with knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and adopt new processes.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
