Job Title: Part Time Administrator

Are you looking for a temporary opportunity to showcase your planning and administrative skills? Our client, a leading global provider of performance-critical solutions, is seeking a Planning Administrator to join their team at the Ellesmere Port site.

Job Summary:

As a Planning Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation's cost-effective management strategy and ensuring smooth operations. Your day will involve processing MRP demand into internal job orders, printing, packaging, and distributing internal job orders, resolving job order inaccuracies, assisting with the maintenance of the internal database, and reviewing production stock levels based on historical demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process MRP demand into internal job orders
  • Print, package, and distribute internal job orders
  • Resolve job order inaccuracies
  • Assist with the maintenance of the internal database
  • Review production stock levels based on historical demand
Requirements:
  • Experience in a planning role within an engineering environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Adaptability and a willingness to implement new working methods
  • Advanced IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
  • Previous experience in an international, result-driven organisation (preferred)
  • A passion for our product and excellent communication skills
