Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Planning Administrator to join our team at the Ellesmere Port site. As a Planning Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's cost-effective management strategy and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process MRP demand into internal job orders
Print, package, and distribute internal job orders
Resolve job order inaccuracies
Assist with the maintenance of the internal database
Review production stock levels based on historical demand
Requirements:
Experience in a planning role within an engineering environment (desirable but not essential)
Adaptability and a willingness to implement new working methods
Advanced IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
Previous experience in an international, result-driven organisation (preferred)
A passion for our product and excellent communication skills
About the Role:
This is a temporary opportunity to showcase your planning and administrative skills. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and collaborate with other teams within our client's global setting.
