We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Julie Rose Recruitment. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the office manager and the wider team.

This is a temporary role, however, there may be an opportunity for the position to become permanent. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office manager and the wider team
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and correspondence
  • Use a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
  • Typing of correspondence, reports, and minutes
  • Manage a database of information and provide reports
  • Update spreadsheets and maintain accurate records
  • Ring clients and conduct follow-up calls
  • Diary management and organization
  • Amend and format documents
  • Maintain management tools, such as contact lists
  • Organize and store documents, both hardcopy and electronically
  • Photocopying and printing of documents

Requirements:

  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize and carry out a variety of administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Team-oriented and able to work independently
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car
