- Utility Liaison: Liaise with utility companies to resolve any queries or issues, ensuring a successful outcome.
- Health and Safety Administration: Assist the health and safety coordinator with administrative tasks, including uploading documentation, updating task diaries, and checking for outstanding tasks.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with previous administration and customer service experience.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, with the ability to organize workloads efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited offers a competitive salary of £26,989 per annum, plus 22 days' holiday entitlement and bank holidays. After two years of service, the company pension contribution will increase to 7%. The role is fully office-based, with a 1 hour 15 minutes unpaid lunch break per week.
