Compensation:
£35,000 - £40,000 (based on relevant expertise and experience) along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays, healthcare, enhanced maternity leave, flexible working arrangements, and more.

Work Environment:
Bournemouth - Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Connect Group is collaborating with an innovative cloud solutions provider that is currently embarking on a digital transformation journey and expanding its operations.

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing professional with a strong background in B2B marketing, who is eager to develop and advance in their career.

As a vital member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute dynamic, engaging, and lead-generating marketing initiatives.


Role Overview:

  • Develop and implement effective, multi-channel marketing strategies. Manage and execute campaigns across various platforms including email, digital channels, social media, pay-per-click advertising, events, and webinars to generate qualified leads.
  • Take charge of creating and overseeing web pages, landing pages, and data collection forms to enhance lead acquisition. Additionally, contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company’s online presence.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and data analytics to craft targeted campaigns that effectively guide potential clients through the sales process, aligning with overarching campaign themes and sales goals. Employ lead scoring and dynamic content delivery to ensure timely and relevant messaging reaches the appropriate audience, ultimately providing high-quality leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to establish campaign target demographics, objectives, and to produce necessary assets and activities aimed at driving engagement, demand, and lead generation.
  • Analyze data insights and metrics to inform content, campaign, and creative strategies, ensuring a continuous improvement approach is integrated into all decisions and deliverables.
Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B digital marketing (3-5 years)
  • Proficiency in managing multi-channel marketing initiatives (email, social media, PPC, etc.)
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to utilize data insights for campaign optimization
  • Experience in creating compelling web pages, landing pages, and marketing collateral
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
  • A genuine passion for B2B marketing and a commitment to making a positive impact
