We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to become a vital part of our team at Curtiss-Wright.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity within our Industrial Division for an individual who is enthusiastic about devising and implementing cutting-edge marketing strategies for a renowned corporation listed on the NYSE. You will lead a dedicated marketing team focused on sustaining the success of our industry-leading products.

Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B context for the Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, primarily focusing on UK and US subsidiaries within the On-Highway, Off-Highway, and Medical Mobility sectors.
  • Planning, creating, and executing multi-channel programs, including social media initiatives.
  • Designing advertising and promotional materials for product literature, presentations, specialty items, and advertising spaces.
  • Managing key strategic partnerships with agencies for PR, website development, and creative resources.
  • Overseeing creative projects with the assistance of a small internal team, including photo and video content, to produce digital and print assets for the division.
  • Defining objectives and managing our annual exhibitions in Europe and the USA.
  • Developing the marketing team to ensure effective strategy delivery.
  • Managing the daily operations of the Division's website.
  • Setting marketing team goals and key performance indicators.
  • Establishing and managing the annual marketing budget, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met within financial constraints.

Your Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of marketing experience in a global B2B environment.
  • A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading marketing campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Previous supervisory experience in leading a small team is advantageous.
