About the Role:

EVO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, increasing sales, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect for new business through outbound sales activity
  • Quote and send proposals to customers in a timely manner
  • Proactively increase the product range sold to each customer
  • Utilize sales tools to maximize customer spend and achieve sales targets
  • Achieve initial gross profit margin and new business sales targets
  • Ensure all computerized records are up to date
  • Follow and achieve weekly and monthly objectives
  • Support marketing campaigns by maximizing take-up

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in pricing and maximizing profitability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of customer base, customer needs, and sales cycle
  • Excellent knowledge of product, competitor, and dealer network
