Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi UK. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and promoting a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Manage and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
