Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team at Co-op Digital. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the store purpose by guiding commercial and community strategies in your store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Develop your team through regular performance conversations to help them reach their potential and grow in their roles.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is safe, legal, and operational, with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.
  • Commercial Performance: Manage and optimize your store's commercial performance, including recruiting new team members and managing HR processes.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate the ability to understand and analyze commercial information to inform business decisions.
  • Team Support: Show a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team with delivery of store activities, ensuring seamless execution of store operations.
