Adult & Paediatric Support Worker - Kent

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Crisis Worker at Mountain Healthcare's Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) in Kent.
As a Crisis Worker, you will play a critical role in providing victims of sexual assault with the support and care they need. You will act as the advocate for patients who attend the centre, empowering them to feel in control and supported during the forensic process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of customer service and support to service users and their families.
- Preparing patients for forensic examinations and assisting in the collection of evidence.
- Maintaining a high standard of DNA contamination control.
- Liaising with other agencies to manage service user pathways.
- Providing administrative support and acting as an advocate for patients during their time at the SARC.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict protocols.
