Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, relevant, and wellbeing-focused activities with pupils within an agreed individualized programme.
  • Plan and deliver sessions as part of an education package to children and young people in a variety of localities throughout Kent.
  • Support children with emotional and behavioral difficulties, enabling them to understand and regulate their behaviors and emotions, building resilience and self-confidence.
  • Communicate clearly and successfully both verbally and on written records and reports.
  • Manage challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude and a fresh beginning brimming with new opportunities for allocated pupils.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage challenging situations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and successfully both verbally and on written records and reports.
  • Personal resilience to start each new day with a positive attitude and a fresh beginning.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (or ability to drive due to a disability).
