About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Crisis Worker at our Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) in Kent.
As a Crisis Worker, you will play a critical role in providing victims of sexual assault with the support and care they need. You will act as the advocate for patients who attend the centre, empowering them to feel in control and supported during the forensic process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of customer service and support to service users and their families.
- Preparing patients for forensic examinations and assisting in the collection of evidence.
- Maintaining a high standard of DNA contamination control.
- Liaising with other agencies to manage patient pathways.
- Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a team player who is committed to making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
