Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, including scales, mixers, and conveyors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs
- Fabricate and weld metals to support equipment maintenance
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance activities
- Adhere to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and confined space entry procedures
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Work effectively in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
- Be willing to work flexible schedules, including off-shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Have a basic understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Work in varying temperatures and stand for long periods of time
