Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morson Talent Careers. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and continuous operation of manufacturing equipment and site utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all engineering & maintenance activities meet current EHS legislation and Group EHS policies.
  • Support contractor & visitors by ensuring effective RAMS, permits, and supervision of all maintenance activities.
  • Support the procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of key automated manufacturing & site plant equipment to meet agreed specifications.
  • Implement, document, and report routine preventative maintenance schedules for both plant and machinery.
  • Support reactive breakdown situations, liaising with manufacturers to ensure adequate service and plant maintenance provisions.
  • Continually seek to improve existing processes in support of improving safety, increasing material utilisation, improving production outputs, and minimising waste.
  • Represent Operations & EHS activities where required to deputise for the Site Operations Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and a commitment to ensuring the safety of yourself and others. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
