Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities meet current EHS legislation and Group EHS policies.
  • Support contractors and visitors by ensuring effective RAMS, permits, and supervision of all maintenance activities.
  • Support the procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of key automated manufacturing and site plant equipment.
  • Implement, document, and report routine preventative maintenance schedules for both plant and machinery.
  • Support reactive breakdown situations, liaising with manufacturers to ensure adequate service and plant maintenance provisions.
  • Continually seek to improve existing processes to support safety, material utilization, production outputs, and waste minimization.
  • Represent Operations and EHS activities as required, deputizing for the Site Operations Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and Group EHS policies.
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors and visitors.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
