About the Role

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our team in the South West. As a graduate physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of clinical areas, including MSK, LD, Neurology, Paediatrics, falls, respiratory, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work as an autonomous Physiotherapist practitioner, providing assessment and treatment, and managing your own patient caseload within a speciality team, with the support and mentoring of Senior Physiotherapists.
  2. Rotate to different clinical areas across the region, with clear learning objectives to consolidate and build on graduate skills and academic knowledge.
  3. Plan and prioritise your own workload, delegating tasks as appropriate and communicating progress with the multi-disciplinary team.
  4. Supervise and train students as required.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients and carers to progress treatment programmes and provide reassurance.
  6. Use clinical reasoning and treatment skills to deliver personalised treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.
  7. Maintain accurate patient records in line with guidelines.
Requirements

A valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes is an essential requirement for this role.
