About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on self-management techniques and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in physiotherapy, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in MSK physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
