As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care within our established practice. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert physiotherapy interventions to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines and stay abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Essential Requirements:
  • A recognized degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Postgraduate training to Masters level or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, including at least 2 years specializing in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) and reflective practice.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Completion of the Physiotherapy First Contact Practitioner (FCP) portfolio or taught route programme.
  • Current IRMER training and competency for requesting X-ray investigations.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body and specialist interest group.
