About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our Adult Therapies Service at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As a rotational physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of specialities, including general outpatient, trauma and orthopaedic, aquatic physiotherapy, pain management services, fracture clinic, gym rehabilitation, pelvic health, hand rehabilitation, haemophilia, occupational health, and rheumatology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload, working closely with other outpatient team members and mentor band 5 colleagues, therapy technicians, and undergraduate students.
  • Build relationships with new teams and contribute to clinical education of less experienced staff, students, or assistants.
  • Participate in audit and contribute to clinical governance and its application to physiotherapy.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work unsupervised, plan, prioritise, and delegate tasks as needed.
