**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Adult Therapies Service as a Musculoskeletal Rotational Specialist. As a rotational physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of specialities, including General Outpatients, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Aquatic Physiotherapy, Pain Management Services, Fracture Clinic, Gym Rehabilitation, Pelvic Health, Hand Rehabilitation, Haemophilia, Occupational Health, and Rheumatology.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage your own caseload, working closely with other outpatient team members and mentor band 5 colleagues, therapy technicians, and undergraduate students.
- Build relationships with new teams and participate in a robust in-service training program.
- Participate in research opportunities, protected clinical supervision, and annual development reviews.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement projects.
- Support for external training courses and career development.
