About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Specialist OT for Adults with Severe and Enduring Eating Disorders. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a comprehensive pathway for adults with severe and enduring eating disorders, while providing OT provision within the wider adult eating disorder service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the development of a comprehensive pathway for adults with severe and enduring eating disorders
  • Provide OT provision within the wider adult eating disorder service
  • Work alongside other disciplines to develop a comprehensive pathway
  • Lead on matters related to OT provision, including offering professional consultation to other professionals and services
  • Support and provide packages of care with an OT focus

Requirements
  • Recognised OT degree/diploma and registration with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT)
  • HCPC registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience of working with adults with mental health needs
