Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Medway

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored support and assistance to students with varying needs.
  • Facilitate the execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Personalised Education Plans (PEPs).
  • Effectively manage student behavior in accordance with school policies and the guidelines outlined in their IEP/PEP.
  • Inspire and motivate students to engage in their learning.
  • Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support student development.

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and complete necessary reference checks.
  • Resume should reflect a comprehensive employment history over the last decade.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday during school hours.
