About the Role

Bright Futures Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a warm and nurturing environment, ensuring the young people feel safe and supported.
  • Support the young people in their daily routines, including education and community activities, as outlined in their care plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in care and support is desirable, but full training and induction are provided.
  • A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people and colleagues.
