Position Overview
Rochdale Council is embarking on an innovative journey as part of its Corporate Transformation Programme. We are excited to announce openings for 2 x Digital Workflow Developers and Testers who will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of process workflows and electronic forms utilizing the Council's corporate CRM system, Granicus govService. We are looking for motivated, forward-thinking individuals with a proven track record in creating and evaluating digital forms and supporting workflows.

Role Expectations
The ideal candidates will ensure that our electronic forms and workflows are crafted in alignment with corporate and service objectives, facilitating a seamless and enriching experience for our residents and clients. Our team is composed of friendly and collaborative Project Managers and Business Analysts who are dedicated to delivering transformative projects across the Council.

Candidate Profile
The successful applicants must possess a comprehensive understanding of local authority operations, including how councils provide accessible and user-friendly services. Experience in developing and testing digital solutions, including the ability to plan, write test scripts, and execute tests, is essential for success in this role. About Our Team
Our team operates from a modern, open-plan workspace, conveniently located with excellent transport links. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have successfully adapted to a hybrid working model, allowing for both remote and in-office collaboration.
