Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Officer to join our team at JAM Recruitment. As a Senior Contracts Officer, you will play a key role in supporting solutions opportunities within the Aerospace sector industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the bids team to prepare and manage winning opportunities and create high-quality bids.
  • Prepare the commercial aspects of bids, working closely with the Estimating officer to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids and take ownership of the end-to-end bid process.
  • Produce high-quality final bid documents within defined tender deadlines.
  • Provide commercial support to the business development team to secure new opportunities with existing and new customer bases.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to a Higher level in Business or a related discipline, or previous experience in an opportunity, sales, or bid environment for complex bids.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of terms and conditions.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
