Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in person to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer requirements.
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Negotiate the final price for the sale, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
  • Complete the relevant paperwork for each sale, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about the automotive industry. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vans on the market.
