Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Technician, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Installation, upkeep, and servicing of fire safety and security systems.
  • Performing regular assessments and evaluations on fire detection systems, surveillance cameras, access control mechanisms, and burglar alarm systems.
  • Identifying and rectifying faults and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their safety and security requirements are fulfilled.
  • Maintaining precise documentation of all tasks performed and adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest innovations and developments in the fire and security sector.

Qualifications and Skills:
We are in search of a Field Technician who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in the installation and maintenance of fire safety and security systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as FIA, BAFE, or equivalent credentials.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fire detection systems, surveillance technology, access control, and burglar alarm systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid UK driving license.
