About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join our Company Secretarial Team at Aldermore Bank. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining records
  • Assist with correspondence, including responding to emails and preparing letters
  • Support the team with special projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
