Main Responsibilities- Provide high-level expertise within the specialist service, offering advice, education, and support to staff, patients, and their families.
- Practice autonomously as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, providing patient-centered clinical care, including advanced clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment within an agreed scope of practice.
- Support new ways of working that emphasize a more efficient and patient-focused service, ensuring the safe treatment, referral, and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations.
- Lead the development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service, including the development of policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Person Specification- Professional registration with a relevant professional body (NMC, HCPC, or GPhC)
- Post-graduate qualification in a specific specialty or equivalent experience
