Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner
About the Role:
Old Road Medical Practice is a leading provider of primary care services, and we are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical practice.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide autonomous clinical care to patients, utilizing your advanced clinical assessment and examination skills to diagnose and treat a range of conditions.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care.
- Lead the development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Support the on-going development of clinical skills and knowledge among healthcare professionals within the practice.
Person Specification:
- Professional registration with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC.
- Post-graduate qualification in a specific specialty, or equivalent experience.
- Post-registration experience at a senior level (Band 7 or above) in the specialty area.
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and a commitment to maintaining clinical excellence.
